Orlando Magic Unveils New Logo and Uniforms, Marking a Bold New Era for the Franchise

The Orlando Magic have officially introduced a new logo and three updated uniforms in a highly anticipated reveal event at the Kia Center. As the team moves confidently into the future, this visual rebrand brings back an iconic symbol — “the star” — a beloved element from the franchise’s early identity.

The new Orlando Magic logo is a modern take on the classic design, featuring a star-themed aesthetic that represents the team’s “reach for the stars” championship mindset. With a nostalgic yet updated look, the logo features a cascading star trail and a clever design twist—replacing the letter “A” in both “Orlando” and “Magic” with a star, all while staying true to the team’s signature colors: Magic blue, Magic black, and Magic silver.

The rebrand also includes an updated secondary logo, showcasing a star propelling a basketball in motion — symbolizing the team’s energy, history, and future goals.

In addition to the logo, the Magic unveiled three new uniforms:

Association Edition (White)
Icon Edition (Blue)
Statement Edition (Black) – a bold Jordan Brand uniform inspired by vintage warm-up jackets.

The Association and Icon jerseys bring back fan-favorite features like bold pinstripes, the iconic MAGIC and ORLANDO wordmarks, and a standout star graphic on the shorts. Meanwhile, the Statement uniform blends throwback elements with contemporary style, including modern pinstripes and a star-centric icon.

According to Shelly Wilkes, Magic Executive VP of Marketing and Social Responsibility, “The logo and uniforms are an extension of our mission to be world champions on and off the court… They honor our past while representing our future.”

The Magic also held a special fan event on Tuesday, June 3, to celebrate this exciting new chapter.
